This, to me, was the ultimate mullet of all mullets. I've spotted this gentleman before and tried to snap his pic, but alas, I failed. Until Friday. That was my day. I'm not sure if he realizes how incredibley shocking his hair looks. Because, let's face it, you cannnot help but wonder what's going through his head (or at least what's IN his head, and how he manages to get it up so high).
